This refund policy is a part of, and to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation of, our Terms of Use, which constitute a binding agreement between Tazzo and the User. Please note that by using the Tazzo OTT platform and purchasing a subscription, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
Once the Subscription Fees are billed for a particular Subscription Period, the Tazzo Services will be made available to you for that period. Subject to provisions of the applicable law, Subscription Fees once billed will not be refunded in respect of any Subscription Period, irrespective of whether the Services have been used by you or not, or whether any Content/Ancillary Content has been browsed/viewed by you. Tazzo does not offer refunds or credits for any Subscription Periods. Cancellation of the Subscription by you will take effect from the end of the original Subscription Period for which you have already made payment of the Subscription Fee. Following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Tazzo service through the end of the original Subscription Period.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if there are billing errors, please contact our customer support immediately at contact@Tazzo.com. We will investigate the issue and, upon confirmation of discrepancy, we will rectify any unauthorized charges or billing discrepancies.
In addition and without prejudice to the rights available to Tazzo generally under the Terms of Use, Tazzo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its services, including Content/Ancillary Content availability and Subscription Plans, at any time. No refunds will be provided to Users on account of such modifications, suspensions, termination, in respect of Subscription Fees paid prior to the modification, suspension, or termination.
